CDY series impulse voltage generator can be used to generate impulse voltage from 10kV to 7200kV simulating lightning strokes and switching surges, it also can be used to generate chopping wave, oscillating wave and steeping wave if property add some extra equipment. The energies range is from 2.5kJ to 720kJ.

CDY series mainly has four types S, E, L, and H.

All structure covered include testing to IEC, ANSI/IEEE as well as other national standards.

IMCS
[Computer Control & Measuring System]

IMCS Impulse voltage control system is specifically designed for the needs of HV impulse testing. It is an automatic information platform unit composed by measurement, control high voltage equipment, the whole system full automatic data analyzing process through the industrial controlled computer system. The use of the industrial controlled computer system as information platform permits the impulse voltage generator wide update and expanding opportunity, meanwhile gives to the construction of test laboratory information center a basic hardware. The above parts are designed and manufactured according to the industry and technology standards, the system is reliable and stable, and insure the accuracy and the operating speed. A Report File can be created for further data processing.

SG3004
[ Impulse Analyzer]

High Voltage Impulse Analyzer system is used to assess the quality of any high voltage equipment. The test object is subjected to a fast voltage impulse of defined wave shape and changes in the wave shape caused by the test object are used for detection of insulation strengths and/or faults.

SG3004 with user friendly software and powerful curve analyzing tools along with report generating templates offers a complete solution to modern testing needs.

Complete impulse capturing of SG3004 enables to determine the detailed information about the test object faster and accurately. Measurement evaluation and analysis of impulse voltages and currents can be performed according to IEC 61083,IEC 60076,IEC 60099,and IEC 60230,the relevant standards for High Voltage Impulse Testing.

SG3004 Digital Impulse Analyzer system is controlled by the host computer, using the USB or Ethernet interface.SG3004 is complete system to be integrated with Impulse Voltage Test System.

[Digital Impulse Voltage Measuring System]

According to IEC 61083-1/2 for measurement and analysis of the impulse waveform of lightning and switching impulse voltages during H.V. tests (peak value, front-time, time-to-half-value, time-tochopping), menu-oriented control- and graficprogram, indoor use.

With 10, 12 or 14 Bit resolution suitable for comparison of records during transformer tests

With DKD-Calibration suitable as Reference Standard and Reference Measuring System for full and chopped waves.

All variants upgradeable to 4 channels with 200 MS/s and 14 Bit.

[ Digital Light-controlled Ignition Device ]
OP-T digital light-controlled ignition device applies to the ignition control of simultaneous trigger in HV tests. Synchronous ignition device is composed of "digital synchronous ignition box optical controller" and "digital light-controlled synchronous ignition boxes." Light-controller receives the narrow pulse width ignition signal and converts it into a light trigger signal, and then sends the signal to ignition box through digital fiber-optic transmission without delay. It instantaneous triggers ignition boxes and makes synchronous high-voltage ignition pulse, to throughout HV ignition sphere gap.

Chopping Gaps
SGFS
[ Automated Multiple Chopping Gap ]

The multiple chopping gap is used to chop lightning impulses on the front and/or on the tail.

The multiple chopping gap serves simultaneously as a load capacitor for the impulse generator and allows excellent reproducibility of the chopping time and does not distort the wave shape until the chopping point.

The sphere distance is automatically adjusted and operated by the controls of SG2010 and SG2011. A manual control box is available as well.

SGS H & SGS V

[ Horizontal & Vertical Sphere Gap ]

The sphere gap type SGS H or SGS V can be used for Impulse, AC and DC voltage calibration according to the IEC 60052 recommendation.

The spheres are arranged vertically or horizontally, one being mobile. In the vertical version the mobile sphere is remotely adjusted by using an electrical drive. In the horizontal version, both spheres are mounted on columns of insulating materials, hence enabling to superimpose impulse AC and DC voltages. It is also possible to use the gap in a peaking circuit.

For the chopping of lightning impulses the sphere gap can be equipped with the optional chopping device.

[Recurrent Surge Generator]
 
RE-2302 model recurrent pulse generator is a sort of equipment simulating various pulse waveforms, through the selecting switch change the pulse line different parameters, you can get the same high voltage pulse generation wave form of the high voltage test. It can be used for motors, reactors, power transformers, instrument transformer coil internal pulse, and impulse voltage distribution (potential gradient) simulation test and insulation deficiency location. There is no damage to the coil. It can also be used for high voltage impulse generator’s middle and terminal wave parameters preset, test system transmission properties and cable and coil transient waveform measurement. The charging voltage amplitude is from 0~400V tunable. Repeated frequency is 25 Hz.
