[SF6 filled high precision Standard Capacitors]
 

The SF6 gas insulated standard capacitor is used together with a C and tan delta measuring bridge as the comparison standard leg of the bridge. It is used as Capacitance standard in measuring bridge Circuits to measure the dielectric dissipation Factor tanδ, Further-more, It can be used as high-voltage capacitor for voltage divider circuits of high-voltage transformer test.

Highest long-term stability is guaranteed and proven over 20 years. A wide range of different sizes, values and voltages is available.

QS30 is designed for highest precision determining the capacitance and dielectric dissipation factor tand of liquid and solid insulants, cables, capacitors, line transformers, generators, motors, bushings etc. Furthermore, it can also be used for power loss measurement on shunt reactors or similar apparatus.

SG2008 Automatic 12kV Capacitance & Dissipation Factor Test Set is designed to measure dissipation (Dielectric Loss Angle tgδ ) or power factor ( cosφ ) in heavy electromagnetic interference environment such as in power plants or substations. Also it can be used in laboratory for high accurate test. The test set is all-in-one structure: including precision digital bridge, 12kV/200mA frequency conversion power unit, reference capacitor (CN), and other electronic circuits. An external power supply can expand the test range. True portability is realized by the lightweight. Simple usage is realized by the full automation. High performance is realized by the digital process.

[Oil Dissipation Factor and Resistivity Meter]

SG7501 Oil Dissipation Factor and Resistivity Meter is used to measure dissipation factor, dielectric constant and resistivity for oil. The set is all-in-one structure, with internal oil cup, temperature control, AC bridge, high resistance meter, AC/DC test voltage and standard capacitor etc.

The set is equipped with full digital technique, full automatic measurement, easy to operate and stable in performance. Test results are displayed on a large LCD and output with a micro printer.

[Precision Test Cell for Liquid Insulants]

This precision test cell measures the dielectric properties of liquid insulants like insulation oil etc.

The test cell is designed as a vacuum-sealed cylindrical capacitor  with shielded measuring electrode. The cell should be used with SG121 when heating.

This precision test cell measures the dielectric properties of solid insulants like paper, plastic foil, etc.

Basically the test cell consists of a heatable, shielded plate capacitor which is protected by a bell jar and can be evacuated and filled with protective gas.

This temperature control unit is used to regulate the desired temperature of the solid insulants test cell RY2

This test cell vacuum pump is used to evacuate the test chamber (bell jar) of the solid insulants test cell RY2.

[Dissipation Factor tanδ Standards]

A tanδ standard is basically a standard capacitor in series with a resistor. To avoid excessive resistance value, a capacitor with a negligible dissipation factor is used. Samgor has determined the following tanδ values for a measuring frequency 10-200Hz.

According to t he customer’s requirement, we can make to order 8 grades to 30 grades for you; the capacity is from 10pF to 10μF.

[Current Comparator]

Current Comparator (current divider transformer) is used together with QS30 instrument to expand the maximum measuring current range of 1500A.

This electronically controlled current transformer is specifically designed for current range extension in
capacitance measurements. It has divider ranges of 1:10 1:100 and 1:1000.
